Meridian Blackpool Branch have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Worker looking for the next step in their career or an already experienced Team Leader to join our team. Full time hours (37.5hrs) per week.
The role includes
- Maintaining customer compliance
- Updating Care and Support Plans
- Creating Care and Support Plans
- Risk assessing
- Supervising and mentoring our existing and new care staff out on the field
- Participating in the Branch Back up Rota, supporting our central Out of Hours Service (Additional pay)
- Providing hands on care in emergency's
